Account & Data Deletion
You can remove your data from Focus Tycoon at any time. Here's exactly how, what's deleted, and how long it takes.

Before launch (waitlist)
If you only joined the waitlist, the only personal data we hold is your email address and basic sign-up metadata. To remove it, email support@focustycoon.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my waitlist entry”. We will delete it and confirm.
After launch (your account)
Once the app is live, you can request full deletion of your account and the data attached to it.
How to request deletion
- Email support@focustycoon.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
- We'll verify the request is coming from the account owner (so nobody else can delete your data).
- We delete your account and personal data and email you a confirmation.
Where it's available in-app, you'll also be able to start this from Settings → Account → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in association (Apple or Google).
- Your routes, sessions, habit routines and detox logs.
- Your streaks, Metro Miles, XP, ranks, stats and network map.
- Any optional screen-time data you shared.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request, and usually much sooner. Copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before they rotate out. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example, tax or transaction records for purchases).
A note on sign-in and subscriptions
Deleting your Focus Tycoon account does not delete your Apple or Google account. If you subscribed to Focus Tycoon Pro, manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the app or your account does not cancel store billing.
